Slate Studios is a bright and spacious studio located in Bridgeport. Owner Bekah Wriedt founded the studio January 2025.

Meet the Founder

Stephanie is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Chicago Native!

She's a first time studio owner and so excited and grateful to be on this journey.

Saturdays Bi- Weekly| 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (February – July)
